The ARPt2 is accessed through the Monitoring and Evaluation system at https://cmm.wcpfc.int. You can also navigate by clicking on the Conservation and Management Measures link on the WCPFC website home page at www.wcpfc.int
The Homepage for the Monitoring and Evaluation system will show three tabs - CMMs Home, Obligations and Risk (RBAF) – which are available to the public. From this Homepage, LOG IN using the button highlighted in yellow below to go to the secure Reporting web application where you will find ARPt2.
Make sure you have permission for the Monitoring and Evaluation system assigned by your Party Administrator. See your Party Administrator if you have not been given ‘M&E Viewer’ or ‘M&E Editor’ permission and believe you should be able to view or enter responses into ARPt2.
The login is the same login used to access other online resources such as secure meeting documents and the RFV. It is typically your email address and the password you have selected. Once logged in, the button will change to show LOG OUT and the Reporting tab will be visible as highlighted in yellow below. Use this Reporting tab to go to the Reporting Dashboard.
Please note that
- from 2023 onwards, Fished and Did Not Fish Reports (Fleet Fished Status) and MTU Audit Inspection reports (ARPt2: MTU Audits) are to be submitted through the upgraded Record of Fishing Vessels - refer to Entering MTU Audit Inspections as part of AR Pt2 and Fished/Not Fished Status Reporting for guidance on how to submit these reports.
- in 2024, the Addressing CMR Issues 2021 and Addressing CMR Issues 2022 responses are still be submitted through the WCPFC Intranet - refer to Addressing CMR-201x Issues for guidance on how to submit these reports.
For ease of reference the Reporting Dashboard provides links to the relevants pages where these reports can be submitted.
To support CCMs annual reporting the CMMs Home, Obligations and Risk (RBAF) tabs which are accessed from the Monitoring and Evaluation system Home page also includes information on the
- CMS Risk-Based Assessment Framework, (RBAF)
- CMS Audit Points,
- Compliance History, and
- other relevant information in support of the dCMR, including relevant CCM limits and baselines.
