The Compliance Monitoring Report list has a number of important features
- It is where CCMs can see a snapshot of the status of their current year CMR List and they can complete responses to the current CMR potential issues
- Note: the responses to a CCMs current CMR potential issues will not be viewable by other CCMs until the appropriate time in the year.
- It is how CCMs may view past year's final CMR scores for all CCMs. (This can be done using the Reporting Year and CCM drop down lists at the top of the screen
- The filters for Section and CMM may be used to view subsets of the CMR List
- A CCM may have several people logged in and completing different sections of the CMR responses at the same time
- Saving responses as Draft and/or Completed, allows responses to be directly entered into the CMR response and saved as that status until ready for final review and sending to the Secretariat as identified above.
- The summary of current CMR potential issues can be reviewed at any time as shown in the CMR summary boxes at the top right of screen see above image)
Viewing current CMR Assessments and completing responses to current CMR potential issues through the CMR Matrix
CCMs can access the details underlying each assessment of an obligation listed in the current year’s CMR List by clicking on the text of the corresponding CMR assessment value. The assessment values will be either No Issues Detected, Need Additional Information, Potential Compliance Issue, or Not Applicable.
Tip: CCMs may find the Guidance for CCMs on how to respond to obligations in AR Pt2/CMR a helpful resource. It provides further clarification how a CCM's “Applicability” for an obligation is assessed and how the Audit Point influences the expected responses to obligations assessed through the Compliance Monitoring Report (CMR).
Completing responses to current CMR Potential Issues through the CMR Potential Issues List
CCMs can also complete responses to current CMR Potential Issues through a specific list that presents only the Need Additional Information, or Potential Compliance Issue CMR assessment values, and by following these steps.
