When data has been submitted and finalised with the SSP using the "Finalise and Send to SSP" button, the data is no longer able to be modified by the CCM without first notifying the SSP.

Using the Comments for a submission, you can request the SSP to revert the status back to draft allowing you to edit the submission and re-upload a new data file.
