The WCPFC Secretariat has developed a mobile friendly version of the Record of Fishing Vessels (RFV) as a progressive web application (PWA). This allows the RFV to be installed on a mobile device and used when there is no internet connection, such as at sea or from a plane.
The mobile RFV will automatically synchronise the content whenever the mobile device is connected to the internet.
