Access to the Compliance Case File System (CCFS) is granted to users that have been assigned one of the following roles:

  • CCFS Viewer - able to browse/view only cases and be alerted when changes are made to cases
  • CCFS Editor - in addition to browsing, this role provides the ability to edit cases by making official comments on the progress of cases

Party Administrators can edit a users profile from the CCM Portal - User Management tab.

To edit a user profile:

  1. Find the user that you want to assign permissions to in the list of users.  Remember the list is only displaying active users, you can check if the user is inactive by changing the filter option at the top of the page to "No" and pressing Apply.
  2. Click on the "edit" link at the end of the row for the user you intend to grant access to
  3. Scroll down to the Roles section and enable the role by clicking on the checkbox next to either CCFS Viewer or CCFS Editor.
  4. Press Save to make the change take effect.

When a user has been assigned either of the CCFS roles they will be able to view CCFS data and subscribe to alerts.
