Zoom is the platform WCPFC has adopted for hosting meetings online.

The Zoom client must be downloaded and installed on your device as we are currently unable to support using the web client. Zoom have provided a test meeting so you can join the test meeting to familiarise yourself with Zoom controls.

Although tablets and cell phones can be used for the meeting, a desktop or laptop is recommended. In addition, for better sound quality during the meeting, a headset with microphone is strongly recommended.

The Zoom meeting link sent to registrants is unique and allows one connection only. Sharing the link may result in access to the meeting being blocked.

Zoom invitations will be typically be sent approximately one week prior to the meeting start date irrespective of when the meeting registration occurred.

Participants can attend the virtual meeting by clicking the Zoom link provided in the invitation email where they will be placed in the waiting room while their details are verified.
