It is a requirement that all delegates participating at WCPFC meetings register well in advance of the meeting start date. To register for a meeting, navigate to the upcoming meeting either from a link in a Circular or from the meetings listed on the WCPFC website.

Each meeting has a Register Now button on the right side of the meeting page as shown below:

HINT: If you have participated in a WCPFC meeting before you will most likely have a WCPFC website account. If you are logged in to the website, registration is much easier as your details will be remembered from last time.

When a registration is received by the system, an email confirmation will be sent to the email provided in your registration.

All registrations require approval either by the Party Administrator for CCMs or by the Secretariat for Observers. When a registration has been approved, a confirmation email is sent to the email provided in the registration.

CCMs not familiar with the online approval system can send their official list of delegates via email to the Secretariat (Lucille.Martinez@wcpfc.intfor assistance.

When a registration has been approved and you ticked the "Receive email alerts" checkbox, you will begin to receive notifications whenever a document is added or updated. Notifications can be turned off and on anytime from the meeting page.
