Previous Annual Report Part 2 reports may be accessed from two online locations:
- The Monitoring and Evaluation system at https://cmm.wcpfc.int
- The secure CCM portal pages are hosted on the WCPFC Website - http://www.wcpfc.int
1. Accessing previous Annual Report Part 2 reports through the Monitoring and Evaluation system
Make sure you have permission for the Monitoring and Evaluation system assigned by your Party Administrator. See your Party Administrator if you have not been given ‘M&E Viewer’ or ‘M&E Editor’ permission and believe you should be able to view or enter responses into ARPt2.
Then follow the steps under Where to find ARPt2 and then The Reporting Dashboard and Finding ARPt2 Response List to navigate to the Annual Report Part 2: Responses page.
From the Annual Report Part 2: Responses page use the Reporting Year and CCM drop down lists at the top of screen and select Apply to view past ARPt2 responses for a particular CCM for a particular year.
- Note the responses to a CCMs current ARPt2 will not be viewable by other CCMs until the ARPt2 report has been submitted by the CCM clicking on Finalise and Send to WCPFC Secretariat
2. Accessing previous Annual Report Part 2 reports through secure CCM portal pages from the WCPFC Website
The secure CCM portal pages are hosted on the WCPFC Website - www.wcpfc.int. See the following link for assistance with how to login to the website - Accessing Secure Content.
Access to the CMR Portal is available to all users with the Secure Portal access role assigned to their account. Assigning roles is the responsibility of the Party Administrator for your CCM.
A successful login will allow you to see “CCM Portal” menu across the top menu (see below), and then from the left side bar you can access Annual Report Part 2 and Compliance Monitoring Report files.
