If you cannot see a forum there are two possible reasons for this to happen:
- The account you logged in with does not have permission to access the Forum - if you login using a different account to the one used to register for a meeting you will not be able to access the forum. Solution: Log out of the website and login using your registered email address. Note: sometimes saved credentials might be a different login, so use email address rather than username.
- Your browser still holds permissions since you were added to the security group - if since you last accessed the Forum, you registered for a meeting, you may need to do more than refresh the page. Logging off from the Forum should fix any access issues. The following screenshot shows the Log Out option. Note: you need to click on your name to expose the Log Out option.
